What is Tunas.ai?

Tunas.ai is an AI literacy and safety programme for children aged 8–13 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Children learn in small in-person classes led by real teachers, alongside Gaia — our own kid-safe AI platform. The focus is thinking, not memorising.

Is Tunas.ai just ChatGPT for kids?

No. Tunas is not ChatGPT. Gaia is a purpose-built AI platform with multiple layers of child-safety guardrails. Every message passes through our safety guardrail before reaching your child, and every response is checked before your child sees it. Children never touch raw AI.

What age is Tunas.ai for?

Children aged 8 to 13. Every child starts at Level 1, Digital Explorer. A short conversation confirms fit and places your child in the right cohort.

How big are the classes and how long is a session?

Maximum 5 children per class, with a real human teacher in the room alongside Gaia. Sessions are 90 minutes, once a week.

How long does the whole programme take?

Four levels, 104 sessions in total, at 90 minutes once a week. Level 1 is 13 sessions, Level 2 is 36 across five streams, Level 3 is 33 across three stages, and Level 4 is 22 sessions plus Demo Day. Families join level by level.
